1. Products and descriptions. We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors, packaging and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Beauty and skincare results vary from person to person. Our products are cosmetic and personal-care items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
2. Safe use. Before using any skincare, makeup, hair or beauty device, read the product instructions and any included manual. Do a patch test first if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, talk to a qualified professional before use.
3. Prices and availability. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. If we discover a pricing or listing error, we may cancel or correct the order and will refund any payment already made.
4. Orders and payment. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, because of suspected fraud, stock issues or an address we cannot ship to), in which case you will be refunded in full. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping and delivery. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Returns page for processing times, delivery estimates and tracking.
6. Returns and refunds. Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal-care products may not be eligible for return.
7. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Glow & Pretty or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party brand names shown on product listings belong to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow & Pretty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
